The manifesto

We’re engineers. We build things that work. A lower bar than it should be.

Product hackers, not account managers. We build what a business actually needs: software, hardware, or something nobody has a name for yet. No layers, no theatre. Just people who ship while others schedule calls about shipping.

Beliefs

What we believe

Four principles. They cost us work every month. Worth every loss.

01

We don't run in every race.

Most work isn't worth doing well. We take the problems where exceptional changes the outcome, and hand the rest back without apology. Someone cheaper will take it. That's the point of cheaper.

02

Built, not bought.

Not a WordPress shop. We don't resell themes. If a shelf solves it, we'll point at the shelf. If it can't be bought, it has our attention.

03

Whatever the problem demands.

Software, hardware, firmware, ops. The medium is a detail; the outcome is the job. Our builders move across all of it, which tends to unsettle specialists.

04

Exclusive on purpose.

Client work competes with our own three products for our time. That’s the bar. Clear it and you get obsession. Miss it and you get a polite referral to someone cheaper.

Think your problem clears the bar?
